After this semester in this class, I have had more motivation to branch out and read other authors--instead of just sticking with my favorites. I have truly grown to admire some of these authors, and their work. The impact of their work, I think I can honestly say, has changed my life in a way. I am more willing to seek out other authors other than those that I have grown accustom to, and I am more open-minded about what they have to offer. There is so much literature out there in the world! So many styles, emotions, perceptions--it is incredible! I am grateful for the opportunity that I have had to take this class--it has been an enlightening, and liberating experience. I am grateful for Mr. Howard and his love for literature--his passion has grately influenced me in pursuing literature further.
